Kristaps Porzingis will miss the start of the NBA season while he continues to rehab his right knee.
The 25-year-old Porzingis underwent surgery in October to repair his meniscus.
The Mavs are targeting a January 1st date for Porzingis to resume on-court activity.
Dwight Powell may be available in some capacity when training camp opens.
