James Dolan Announces He's Not Selling Knicks, Hopes To Quickly Hire New President
James Dolan released the following statement indicating he is not selling the New York Knicks and that they are searching for a new President of the franchise.
All indications are the Knicks will eventually hire Leon Rose as president.
\"We are actively looking for a new President of the New York Knicks and hope to conclude the search as quickly as possible,\" wrote Dolan. \"I am not selling, but I am determined to find right leader of the Knicks, who will ensure the long-term success of the team, just as we did with the hiring of Rangers President John Davidson.\"
The Knicks fired Steve Mills as president earlier this week.
