Paul George On Shooting Struggles: Scoring Is Not The Only Thing I Do
Paul George addressed his scoring struggles after finishing 3-of-16 from the field in the Los Angeles Clippers\' 130-122 win over the Dallas Mavericks in game 3.
\"I\'m no James Harden. That\'s not my knack ... to just shoot the ball, score the ball. I can and I pride myself on being effective on both ends,\" said George after the game.
George shot 1-of-8 from three, while adding 9 rebounds and 7 assists.
\"Shot-making ... scoring the ball is not what I [only] do. I try to do everything, I try to play the game the right way and just get lost in the game and try to pass the ball and make plays defensively, rebound. Just a little bit of everything,\" added George.
George has shot 7-for-33 in the past two games.
Doc Rivers said he wasn\'t worried, adding that George will eventually find his shot.
\"He\'s a great player. He\'s human. I can guarantee you this, he has not forgotten how to shoot. It will fall for him.\"
