Luke Walton: Benching Buddy Hield Is 'Not A Permanent Thing'
Buddy Hield scored 21 points after getting benched before the Sacramento Kings\' 98-81 win over the Chicago Bulls.
Luke Walton, who started Bogdan Bogdanovic over Hield, said he was looking to shake up the lineup following their recent struggles.
\"We\'re a team and we\'re struggling to win games right now, so we\'re looking to see if different groups give us a better chance of doing that, so there\'s nothing permanent with it,\" said Walton after the game.
Hield said he was going to remain professional despite the benching.
\"[You] look at it professionally man. You come in and be ready and when coach calls your number you got out there and hoop,\" added Hield.
